Contribution to GLOMICAVE
Águas do Norte will provide samples and operational data from its anaerobic digesters on treatment efficiencies, digestate quality and methane productivity. A sludge digester and a co-digestion digester will be studied by means of metagenomic / metatranscriptomic analyzes, aiming to link the identity and microbial function to the efficiency of bioprocessing.
