GLOMICAVE partners have met in Gijón (Asturias, Spain) for the project’s first year meeting on 21st – 22nd October 2021.
The meeting, organised by SERIDA together with partners from ASEAVA and ASINCAR, has been celebrated in a hybrid format. So, after a year of online meetings, this has been the first time that almost all the consortium partners have been able to finally meet in person.
During the meeting, partners have reviewed the work during the past months and planned the start of the next steps for the development of an innovative digital platform to integrate multi-omics data relying on Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence techniques.
Finally, the meeting also included a tour across to SERIDA’s facilities located in Deva (Gijón). A great opportunity to discover in more detail where and how partners from SERIDA are doing its main work and research within GLOMICAVE project, as a responsible of the identification of biomarkers predictive of pregnancy and calving outcomes in cattle.
