GLOMICAVE partners have met online for the project’s 1st Consortium Meeting on 26th-27th April 2021.
During the meeting, partners have reviewed the project tasks done during the past 6 months and discussed next steps and activities to develop an innovative digital genotype to phenotype platform, relying on Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and using large-scale publicly available and experimental omic datasets.
The General Assembly included different sessions focused o the main ongoing topics and work package of te project that required interaction and discussion across the whole GLOMICAVE consortium.
The GLOMICAVE project addresses the need to build systems that allow the use of primary data analytical processes and support large-scale omic experiments, thus maximising the utility of omic data at a massive level and understanding of biological systems as a whole.
