GLOMICAVE partner INRAE has hosted the project’s 18-month consortium meeting on May 5-6 in Bordeaux, France.
Representatives from each partner entity have participated in the meeting to present the latest results for the development of an innovative digital platform to integrate multi-omics data relying on Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence techniques.
During the meeting partners have reviewed the work and research done in each of the Work Packages and prepared the upcoming milestones and tasks for the following months.
The visit also included a tour to INRAE’s facilities. INRAE, and its third party University of Bordeaux, are contributing to the GLOMICAVE project by providing and completing a unique dataset comprising multilevel analyses for 10 fruit species during growth and ripening.
